Golden Gate Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, today announced the recapitalization of All U Need Pest Control (the “Company”), one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the U.S. Steve Groeper, Founder and Executive Chairman, and Kyle Selbach, CEO, will continue to lead the Company and remain shareholders along with the broader senior leadership team. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

All U Need Pest Control is a fast-growing provider in the residential pest control industry, utilizing eco-friendly, family-safe methods to serve over 50,000 customers across 12 locations in Florida, Texas, and South Carolina. The Company has a best-in-class service delivery model that helps drive market-leading customer retention. With more than 25,000 five-star customer reviews, the Company has earned recognition as a “Pest Control Technologies Top 100” firm and one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. according to Inc. 5000.
