Two clients seek accountability after a midnight collision on Sunset Boulevard left their vehicle overturned.

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Pathway Law Firm has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of Joshua Rayshon Little and Mackenzie Ann Hacker against Nicholas S. Cannon, known as Nick Cannon, arising from an alleged hit-and-run collision involving a vehicle the complaint alleges he owned. The case number is 26STCV33241.

According to the complaint, the collision occurred on or about March 13, 2026, at approximately midnight, at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and North El Centro Avenue in Los Angeles. Little was driving east on Sunset Boulevard with Hacker in the front passenger seat when a blue four-door Jeep Wrangler allegedly struck their Mercedes-Benz. The complaint identifies Cannon as an owner of the Jeep.

The lawsuit alleges that Little entered the intersection on a green light and was traveling straight in his lane. The Jeep, which was positioned in a lane designated for left turns, allegedly proceeded straight into Little’s lane and struck his vehicle. The impact caused the Mercedes-Benz to overturn and come to rest on its side with both clients inside.

The complaint alleges that the Jeep’s driver left the scene without stopping, checking on the occupants, rendering aid, providing identifying information, or waiting for police. The alleged departure from the scene, leaving Little and Hacker inside their overturned vehicle at midnight, is a central part of the lawsuit.

According to the complaint, a witness recorded the departing Jeep on video and obtained its license plate number. The plaintiffs allege that the plate was associated with a vehicle owned by Cannon. The complaint also describes distinctive markings on the Jeep that allegedly match those on a vehicle Cannon publicly displayed in an online video.

The lawsuit alleges, on information and belief, that Cannon was driving, while expressly identifying that allegation as requiring further investigation or discovery. Alternatively, it alleges that another individual was driving the Jeep with his permission. Cannon’s alleged ownership of the vehicle is central to the claims concerning responsibility for the collision.

Little and Hacker seek compensation for harm arising from the crash and its aftermath. Both received medical care, and their vehicle was declared a total loss. The complaint asserts claims for negligence, statutory vehicle-owner liability, and negligent entrustment, and requests a jury trial.

Pathway Law Firm represents both plaintiffs through attorneys Joseph Nazarian and Andrew T. Haling. The allegations in the complaint have not been adjudicated, and liability will be determined through the court proceedings.
