Jessie Brumbach Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications
Brumbach joins Comfort Keepers at a pivotal time for the senior care industry. As more Americans seek to age in the comfort of their own homes, expectations for how families find, evaluate and experience care continue to evolve. At the same time, advances in technology, changing referral pathways and a growing need for qualified caregivers are reshaping how care providers connect with consumers, healthcare professionals and prospective employees. Brumbach will focus on bringing marketing, communications, data and insights together to help Comfort Keepers respond to these shifts while remaining grounded in the human connections at the heart of its care model.
“Jessie brings a rare combination of deep senior care expertise, franchise marketing experience and a genuine understanding of what it takes to build a brand around people,” said Natalie Black, Chief Executive Officer of Comfort Keepers. “She understands both the opportunities and complexities of growing a national brand while supporting locally owned businesses and the communities they serve. Her collaborative leadership style and passion for this industry make her an important addition to our leadership team as we look to reach and serve even more aging adults and their families.”
During her first few months with Comfort Keepers, Brumbach has focused on listening and learning across the organization and franchise network, reinforcing her belief in the brand’s growth potential and commitment to keeping human connection at the heart of care. Her priorities include strengthening the Comfort Keepers brand, leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate growth, sharing best practices across the franchise network, and positioning the company as a leading voice on aging and care. She also sees opportunities to expand connections with consumers, caregivers and the referral community, while demonstrating how technology can enhance, not replace, the human care Comfort Keepers provides.
“What drew me to Comfort Keepers was the people and the clarity of purpose I saw across the leadership team and franchise network,” said Brumbach. “This is a leadership team that truly lives the company’s promise to Elevate the Human Spirit™, and understands that at its core, this is a people business. We have a tremendous opportunity to build on that foundation, using stronger data, insights, marketing and communications to connect more families with care, support our franchisees and caregivers, and ensure Comfort Keepers is part of the conversations shaping the future of aging at home.”
Brumbach brings nearly two decades of home care, brand and franchise marketing experience to Comfort Keepers, including approximately 17 years with Home Instead, where she advanced through senior marketing and brand leadership roles and ultimately served as Chief Marketing Officer following the company’s acquisition by Honor. She later founded a consultancy advising franchise organizations, home care companies and emerging brands on positioning and go-to-market strategy, building on earlier consumer and entertainment marketing roles with Cox Communications, Universal Pictures, MGM and the Hollywood Bowl. Throughout her career, Brumbach has viewed brand building as more than advertising, an approach that aligns with Comfort Keepers’ commitment to creating meaningful connections and helping aging adults live fuller, more connected lives at home.
