Latest flagship fund builds on BBAM’s longstanding strategy of investing in leased commercial aircraft
DALLAS, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — BBAM Limited Partnership (“BBAM”), a leading global aviation investment manager, today announced the final close of Incline Aviation III (the “Fund”), its third flagship aviation fund, with more than $1.7 billion in total capital commitments.

Incline Aviation III continues the strategy successfully refined by its predecessor funds, seeking investment opportunities across the commercial aviation market including aircraft, engines, and related credit opportunities. The Fund received support from a diverse group of existing and new institutional investors, demonstrating continued interest in BBAM’s aviation investment strategy and the continued growth of the Incline platform.
“We appreciate the confidence that both existing and new investors have placed in BBAM through Incline Aviation III,” said Steve Zissis, President and Chief Executive Officer of BBAM. “Our focus remains on deploying capital selectively into opportunities where our experience, scale and global aviation relationships can create meaningful value.”
Incline Aviation III benefits from BBAM’s nearly 40 years of experience sourcing, acquiring, financing and managing commercial aircraft globally, including the Fund’s predecessors, Incline Aviation I ($1.2 billion of commitments including affiliated co-investment) and Incline Aviation II ($1.5 billion of commitments).
The fund has been actively deploying capital, with more than $625 million equity invested and committed as of June 2026 (37% of the final fund size).
